What you receive

Zarina guides, templates, planners and printables are downloadable digital products. No physical item is shipped. A secure download link is delivered by email after purchase.

Licence

Purchase grants a licence for personal, non-commercial use unless a commercial licence is explicitly stated on the product page.

• Files may not be redistributed, resold, shared or published.
• Files may not be commercially reproduced or used in a paid service.
• Editable templates may be personalised for your own event.

Delivery and access

Download links may expire for security. If a link expires or fails, contact us and we will reissue access to the purchaser.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law, or where a product is faulty or was not delivered. If something is wrong, contact us and we will resolve it.
